Back to work...

After a three day weekend. One day which was a total wipe as both the hubby and I got some mild intestinal bug. Which wound up meaning he couldn't drive long enough for us to get to the last day of Faire. Sigh. We did manage to drag ourselves out later in the day and our houseguest picked up a whole mess of Lemony Snicket books, so I've been plowing through those. He also got some Hammer movies, so we got to watch the Mummy's Shroud and...er, well. I forget the name of the other one. But it was a Hammer flick, so you can guess how it generally went. Yesterday was actually very restful, and I kicked both hubby and houseguest's butt in miniature golf (well, the second game, anyway). All in all, not a bad three days.
