I've decided. I really need to learn to drive. And get my own car. There's too many things I want to do that I can't because I don't have one. And while my husband is willing to drive me around to a certain extent, there's things that he's not comfortable with that I would /really/ like to be able to participate in, and I don't want to ask him to play taxi-cab.

So. Anyone want to teach me to drive on weekends? I've got a learner's permit until October. :) Then I'd have to go renew it. Which means I'll probably have to take a day off of work to go stand in line. Whee.

I think I'll be bad and have not-salad for lunch.

Hm. I'll have to check and see what the deal is with the hubby's car. I don't know if he'd be willing unless I got added to the insurance. I'll get back to you once I find out.

I can try to teach ya how to drive :) I think maybe I can use my Mom's car to teach you because I don't think you'll wanna learn with my truck from hell. But yeah... I totally understand why you want to learn, so, drop me a line and we'll see what we can work out sweetie :)

Empty parking lots make a good place to start driving

Once you get a little ways into it, it's well worth it getting lessons - the kind where they have the road test on the end of it is good.

I told you before I could and would teach you to drive anything "well as long as it's street legal:)". I've taught my sister,brother, ex-wife,and her sister all how to drive cars and I taught my brother and two of my cousins how to drive motorcycles. so name the time and place and lets get you a license. You know the saying "those who can do; those who can't teach"
