T-tapp?

So I've heard some good things about how good an excerise program T-Tapp is. I seem to have hit a plateau with what I am doing, so I am trying some of the "try before you buy" exercises - the leg and derriere ones, as those are by far my worst areas. It does seem to be working a little - it looks like I may have actually lost a half inch off my thighs if I'm measuring correctly. I did try the stomach one (for the first time) tonight and my legs now feel rather like Jell-O. I think I'm going to try it a little longer to see if I am actually losing inches. And if so, then I try and figure out which program would work best for me before purchasing it. :)

Do you want Total Workout???? I'll send it to you, silly gurl! Shoot me an email, darlin'...

Hehe, I just posted about Teresa being nuts. I did half the floor work for Tempo Lower Body last night and promptly died!!

I was waffling between that and T-Tapp MORE as I wasn't really sure which would be better given my size. The Total Workout has the beginner level, though, right? That would probably work for me. :) And you're typing pretty good for a dead person... *grins and ducks* But yes, I will certainly accept the Total Workout if you want to shoot it my way. I am tired of being a large person.

You would do great with Total Workout, believe me. MORE is mainly for people who have not worked out, probably ever. Or people who are really, really obese. That is completely NOT you!! TWO (and all T-Tapp workouts) stress going to your personal max, so wherever you start is perfectly fine. Don't worry about it. :))

PS Boo is getting back on the T-Tapp horse. Why don't you guys hook up and try TWO together? She's done Beginner Plus and I think you'd both have a grand old time learning TWO as a twosome!
